Personalised Health Coaching: From Discovery to Action in 4 Steps

Step 1: Discovery Call (No Fee): A free 20-minute phone call to discuss your health goals and see if the coaching is a good fit.

Step 2: Health Screening (Free or £40): An assessment of your current health, lifestyle, and goals. You can choose a free online form or a more detailed £40 in-person consultation.

Step 3: Agreement & Commitment (No Fee): Formalising the coaching agreement, outlining expectations, support, and logistics.

Step 4: Personalised Coaching Plan (£60 or £40 per session): A tailored 12-week plan (£60) or ongoing one-to-one sessions (in-person or virtual, £40 per session) to guide you towards your health goals.
