Personalised Health Coaching: From Discovery to Action in 4 Steps
Step 1: Discovery Call (No Fee): A free 20-minute phone call to discuss your health goals and see if the coaching is a good fit.
Step 2: Health Screening (Free or £40): An assessment of your current health, lifestyle, and goals. You can choose a free online form or a more detailed £40 in-person consultation.
Step 3: Agreement & Commitment (No Fee): Formalising the coaching agreement, outlining expectations, support, and logistics.
Step 4: Personalised Coaching Plan (£60 or £40 per session): A tailored 12-week plan (£60) or ongoing one-to-one sessions (in-person or virtual, £40 per session) to guide you towards your health goals.

I attend Vicky’s MS exercise sessions, which I find fabulous. I have become more active, energised, and gained a sense of achievement. Good company in the classes, with a nice chatty group who have a smile together. Vicky keeps the group engaged and is not boring; time goes quickly. I would recommend the sessions as they have the correct amount of empathy and alternative ways to do things. I feel that MS is understood, and Vicky pitches everything correctly to give a lovely 45-minute session when we exercise efficiently but with enjoyment.
Transformative Benefits of Vicky’s Online MS Class
I attend Vicky’s online class for people with MS, and my core strength has improved, which is helping me transfer from my wheelchair to bed/toilet. I would recommend my sessions because before starting exercise with Vicky, I would often need to call for help when transferring from bed to chair, and now only must when fatigued. Unlike other exercise classes I’ve been to, we get to exercise our brains as well as our bodies. Exercise with Vicky has made a huge impact on my day-to-day life.
